Return & Refund Policy
Return window: 7 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
How to request: email us with your order number, or use the contact page. We will arrange pickup where available.
Refund fee: a flat ৳100 return handling fee applies per order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection, or as store credit instantly.
Non-returnable: innerwear, socks, and items marked FINAL SALE.
